One window shows what is painful, limiting, or disappointing; the other reveals what is possible, meaningful, or still intact. This exercise is not about denying difficulty - it's about widening your view. By naming both windows honestly, you allow space for reality and choice, and you practice seeing where meaning, learning, or strength might still be present.
