About this scale
This self-rating tool lets you rate different aspects of your everyday memory to build an overall picture of how your memory feels to you. Used repeatedly, it can help you notice change – for example before and after a memory intervention such as MEMORehab.
Add up your responses to see the overall impression band your total falls into:
